Gates Rubber—CarQust offered a dealer incentive where dealers received a complimentary audio-enhanced counter mat for placing an order for car belts by a certain date. There was a higher than 40% response rate on this promotion. The audio contained in the mat played 3 different sounds to help diagnose engine belts in different stages of disrepair.
